The Corner Sauna is a wood-fired sauna and ice bath in Apollo Bay, on the Great Ocean Road. We're a small, community-rooted space. Built for locals and visitors who want to slow down, feel better, and connect.

The sauna is lined in cedar, heated by a traditional wood-fired stove with 200kg of stones. Each session includes access to a two-person ice bath set at 8°C and two outdoor showers. Simple, considered, and done well.

We believe heat and cold do something that's hard to explain but easy to feel. Stress drops. The body resets. Things get clearer. We built this space because Apollo Bay was overdue one - and because we wanted somewhere like this ourselves.
