Single Session

  • 1 hour sauna and ice bath session.

  • $35 / 1 hr

5 Session Package

  • Includes 5 x 1-hour sessions, each with sauna and ice bath access.

    You’ll receive an email with your booking code to use each time you schedule a session

  • 5 × 1 hr Session = $120

Memberships

  • Enjoy up to 5 sauna and ice bath sessions each week, with bookings available up to two weeks in advance.

    Memberships run for a minimum of 2 months, with a two-week notice required for cancellations. Pause your membership for up to 2 months if needed.

  • 5 x 1-hour sessions per week for $55.

Gift Certificates

  • This certificate grants the holder either a single session or a 5-session pass for our sauna and ice bath experience.

    Each certificate includes a unique coupon code, which can be used to book your session through our website.

  • 1 × 1-hour session $35
